Duties, Tariff's, Shipping fees and Insurance are included.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our office in Montreal.
We do not ship orders on Weekends or Canadian National Holidays.
Orders are processed and shipped within a 2-3 week period (business days) All orders are custom made.
All orders qualify for Free Shipping with Insurance.
PO Boxes
Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid shipping address at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Please provide a valid shipping address at checkout to ensure your jewels have a safe journey. CG is not responsible for incorrect shipping address when shipping an order.
When will I billed for my order?
You will be charged immediately upon order placement. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Each piece is made to order with care, love, and attention to ensure perfection. While we hope you fall in love with your Claudia Grundman jewelry, we understand that some pieces might not be right. We accept exchanges on unworn and unaltered jewelry within 7 days of receipt and will gladly offer you a store credit to find something else that makes you sparkle.
To initiate an exchange please contact our customer service team at info@claudiagrundman.com, and allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Exchange shipping fees are at the customer's responsibility.
Do I need to sign for my order
CG orders are shipped with a signature requirement unless otherwise stated. Please note that insurance ceases upon delivery of shipments without a signature requirement and we are no longer responsible for that order once delivered.
How long do I have to cancel my order
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us by email info@claudiagrundman.com within an hour of placing your order.
My Package was lost, what do I do?
Grab a bottle of wine, put on a movie and cry.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we can to assist you in locating your order. We always recommend a signature requirement on your shipment as we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Please feel free to email our Customer Service team with any further questions.
Are your earrings sold as Singles or Pairs?
CG jewelry is sold as singles unless otherwise stated. To order a pair, please add two of the items to your cart.
